The Old Crawford Mill

While not a whole lot can be found about this place, the most memorable is that this was a shooting ground for the 2003 Texas Chainsaw massacre movie by Rob Zombie.

The Crawford Mill, generally referred to as the Old Crawford Mill, was located in the town of Fuller in Travis County in south central Texas. Presumably it was founded and once operated by a man named Crawford. By the early 1970s however, the mill had been shut down and fell into severe disrepair.

While exploring this mill it is hard to believe that this had just sat abandoned for years, cans of oil and papers will still lying around un disturbed in some parts, where as others you could see graffiti and other vandalism. The scariest part of this whole trip was three large south American condors that had gotten themselves stuck in the mill.
